ABOUT
Strategy, Artificial Intelligence and Organisational Transformation

Translation focuses on the intersection between strategy, artificial intelligence, and organisational transformation.
Artificial intelligence is not only a technological development. Artificial intelligence transforms decision-making, organisational design, and the process of creating competitive advantages. Many organisations adopt new technologies but struggle to align them with leadership structures, governance systems, and long-term strategies.
My work focuses on helping leaders analyse these relationships and develop structured responses to technological change.

Analytical Framework – AI-3D-CUBES™
Much of this work is structured through the AI-3D-CUBES-TM framework, a multidimensional model designed to analyse AI adoption across strategic, organisational, and technological dimensions.
The framework examines how algorithms interact with leadership decisions, governance structures and innovation processes. It also considers how organisations move from exploration and strategic definitions to implementation and organisational integration.
This analytical perspective helps organisations maintain coherence when technological initiatives and organisational changes evolve simultaneously.
Research-Driven Approach
Transforage combines consulting practice with analytical research. Many organisations experiment with artificial intelligence but struggle to align technological initiatives with organisational structures and strategic priorities.
A structured analytical perspective is therefore necessary.
Over time I have developed conceptual frameworks designed to analyse complex transformations and identify strategic responses. These frameworks explore how strategy, innovation and artificial intelligence adoption interact within organisations. They help leaders examine technological change as part of a broader organisational system rather than as isolated projects.
