ABOUT

Luca Collina......

Today, organisations are walking a tightrope. They must be innovative, harness new technologies—especially artificial intelligence — and adapt to market volatility, while simultaneously exhibiting strategic clarity, operational stability and an orientation toward creating long-term value. A lot of public conversation about A.I. avoids tools and efficiency. However, the deeper challenge is strategic: creating an inclusive yet digitised market as technology, markets, and organisations change simultaneously.

That intersection is my work.

I am someone who works in business strategy, artificial intelligence, and organisational transformation, helping executives, consultants, and decision-makers who require structured methods to analyse complex changes. The goal is not just to adopt new technologies but to understand how they change competitive advantages, decision-making, and the nature of an organization's practice.

I have created structured approaches and frameworks over the years that can help organisations consider these questions in a practical way. These frameworks centre on understanding how strategy, innovation, and organisational AI adoption interact with each other and how leaders can strive for coherence when an environment is uncertain or disrupted by technology.

Alongside consulting and advisory work, I also develop executive learning programmes, research-based frameworks, and professional learning materials that explore the strategic implications of artificial intelligence for organisations and leadership.

Advisory, Research and Learning

My professional focus tends to include three complementary types of activity.

Advisory and strategic reflection.

Helping leaders and organisations to explore strategic questions about their AI adoption, competitive positioning and organisation.

Research and frameworks.

Building structured models and theoretical frameworks that can help explain the interplay between strategy, innovation, and artificial intelligence in organisations.

Executive learning and professional development.

Designing courses and seminars or developing learning materials that help professionals discover the strategic implications of AI & emerging technologies.

The goal for this space is to share ideas and perspectives that guide informed and responsible decisions if your work revolves around questions of AI adoption, strategic decision-making, new business opportunities or practical challenges organisations are experiencing while integrating this technology into actual operations. organisations
