About

A perspective shaped by experience in strategy, AI, and decision-making

Luca Collina, MBA, is an independent researcher and consultant. His work connects strategy, artificial intelligence and organisational execution, with particular attention to how decisions are structured, aligned and applied under real organisational conditions.

His perspective draws on experience across audit and risk, enterprise systems, technology implementation, programme management and international organisational assessment. This has led to a practical view of AI: the central challenge is not gaining access to technology but integrating it into decisions that are responsible, evidence-informed, scalable and workable in practice.

His research and professional contributions have received international recognition across AI orchestration, AI governance, agentic AI, business continuity and organisational decision-making. He also writes and publishes on how AI affects managerial judgement, accountability, leadership and execution.

Through yhe brand Transforage, Luca supports organisations in moving beyond fragmented initiatives by connecting strategy, decision responsibility, operational processes and AI capabilities. He also develops management programmes that translate research and professional experience into practical learning for leaders, managers and teams.

Our perspective

Artificial intelligence changes more than tools and processes. It affects how organisations define problems, evaluate evidence, allocate responsibility and translate decisions into action.

Many AI initiatives begin with technology, automation or data. The Transforage approach begins with the decision: what needs to be decided, who is affected, what evidence is required, where human judgement must remain and how the outcome will be applied in practice.

This perspective guides both consultancy and management learning. The purpose is not simply to introduce AI but to help organisations and managers use it in ways that are coherent, accountable and suited to real operating conditions.
